Bringing 2012 to a close

It’s the last day of the year…are you celebrating tonight?  I rarely make it until midnight, I bet the boys will…but me and hubs will probably be snoring away long before that, lol!
For my last card of the year I chose Winter Blossoms from Flourishes.  I stamped the corner floral and sentiment with Memento Tuxedo Black ink on Flourishes Classic Ivory card stock, and colored the image with Copics.

The patterned paper, ribbon, and button are from the 123 Create Kit Vintage Finds.   I used another ribbon from the kit and pulled it into a circle with a running stitch to make a flower and nestled a button in the center tied with a kraft jute bow.

I used DS82 for my sketch:

I hope that 2012 was a good year from you and that you are looking forward to the new year!
Thanks for stopping by!
Happy New Year!

This is beautiful Danielle! Love the B&W papers with the touch of soft color on the flowers.

I NEVER make it until midnight, but we have vowed to try this year. :)

Happy New Year!

Hugs~

Lovely card.
We are planning on a nap so we make mid-night. I would be embarrasing to snore at a party! Have a great eve and see you in 2013.

Such a pretty card Denielle! The center piece with the stamped florals would make a lovely calling card! have fun on the sofa tonight - that's where we'll be as well!
