The image is colored with Copics and cut out and popped up on a circle that was embossed with the swirls cb folder. I then went over the raised swirls lightly with Aspen Mist Versa Magic to mkae them show up better. The pp is from the Farmers Market pad by DCWV. The flower is from Prima and I added a flat backed gem from MM and a ribbon tab accent. Some glitter on her dress, head piece and wand and voila! I apologize for her bad hair day though, I am still playing catch up from being sick and it could have used a more patient hand...c'est la vie. Ooh, I am so French today, non? Qui!
