Yes, summer is still here although school starts in less than a month. Today I am playing in the Challenge #93 –Summer with Tiddly Inks.
I thought Wryn Beach Babe would make a nice last summer hurrah. I am also using the deconstructed sketch DS64 for my layout.
I started by printing my digital image on Flourishes Classic White card stock and coloring it in with Copic markers. I shaded around the image with Prismacolor pencils and blended with oms.
I then cut out the image with the Classic Circles large die from Spellbinders and with the die still in place, I sponged the outer edge of the image with a VersaMagic Dew Drop in Wheat. I also used a Big Scalloped Circles die for the mat. The border was created with a Martha Stewart border punch. I used a sheer pin dot ribbon and tied the bow off to the side so I wouldn’t hide her cute feet! I also added a tiny starfish charm to the ribbon. The patterned paper is from Heidi Grace, the Beyond the Sea line.
Have a great Thursday!

My goodness Wryn is adorable in her green suit and red hair. :) School resumed Tuesday here. I was not ready, summer was too short!

Oh my gosh, how seriously CUTE is that! Love the bright teal and orange. The star charm is really adorable, too, especially with the sheer polka dot ribbon.
