I finally found some time to make a few cards just for plain ‘ol fun! I printed up a digi image I had yet to color so I could play along with the Tiddly Inks Challenge #92 – use your favorite image.
Now, it’s just not possible to pick a favorite image. I have favorite images in every category of Tiddly Inks; Wryn, Gothic characters, Fantasy, kids…I couldn’t even narrow it down to one favorite in each group.
I knew I couldn’t go wrong with a sweet Wryn. Here I used Wryn Blooms.
The image is printed on Flourishes Classic White card stock and colored with Copic markers. I shaded around the image with Prismacolor pencils and blended with oms. Then I used Romantic Rectangles from Spellbinders to die cut the image. With the die still in place I inked the edges with Wheat ink from a VersaMagic Dew Drop. The patterned paper is from MME Life of the Party.
In the image above you can see all of the glitter I added with a Quickie Glue Pen and crystal glitter from Stampendous. I’ve had that glitter forever and I don’t see myself running out of it anytime soon. It’s a big container and only half empty after about 5 years, lol!
I love my Tiddly Inks and have had far too little time to use them. That goes for lots of others that I love…so I am hoping to squeeze in some more challenges and get to love on my stamps!
Thanks for stopping by and have a great day!
