February Release Challenge

Happy Friday! The Winter Thaw Challenge kicks off this months Flourishes release.

February Release Week Challenge

To enter, simply be inspired by the photo above. Use the same floral or colors -- it's up to you how you are creatively inspired! Link your project up here and if you upload to SCS, please use the key word FLLCFEB11. Use Flourishes stamps if you have them, but if you don't please play anyway! The winner will receive our entire February release. You have until February 11th at 5 PM Eastern time to submit.

I used both the same floral and colors. I just love the Calendar Flowers and the Crocus image is from A Year in Flowers 1 stamp set.

The image was stamped on watercolor paper and painted with Stampin Up re-inkers. I sponged around the image with the die in place and added lots of glitter to the crocus and leaves. I almost added snow…but I think I’ve had enough! The paper is from 29th Street Market by My Minds Eye. I used a Websters Pages Vintage sparkler on the center of my bow and the sentiment flag is from Lil’ Inker Designs and the sentiment is from the set Humming Along.

Stop by and visit all of the DT ladies to get some more inspiration!
