Happy Spring

I think it’s finally here!  I’ve got seed started indoors, the vegetable garden soil is soft enough to work, and the bulbs are all coming up!   I don’t even mind the rain…so long as that’s all the precipitation I see.

So, in order to celebrate this long awaited season, I am sharing one of my favorite images from A Day For Daisies

This is Bunny in a Wildflower

DPK_ADFD_BunnyWildFlower

I love every bunny in this release.  They just have the sweetest eyes and look adorable in the big flowers!  I colored this one with Copic Markers and shaded inside and out with Prismacolor pencils and oms.  I trimmed carefully around his ears before cutting out the image with a circle die from Spellbinders.   The bright fun patterned paper is from the Simple Stories Vintage Bliss paper pad.   I used a simple sentiment I had on hand and cut my own banners.

The ladies below have beautiful samples to share this week so hop on over!
