Eternal Roses

Ooh yeah, it’s Friday!  And what better way to start the weekend than with a beautiful bouquet of roses!  Today I have another card creation using Arranging Roses from Power Poppy.

DPK_PP_RosesEternity_wm

I printed just a portion of the image two times along the bottom edge of the cardstock then I colored it with Copic markers.   I used Labels Twenty Two from Spellbinders to die cut the sentiment and sponged it with Angel Pink from Memento.    I used a wide piece of silk ribbon with a paper rose from Michaels and a rustic twine bow for embellishment.

Very simple and elegant!  It was a quick and easy card to make, and I like that!

These Bloom Brigade ladies have some beauties to share today so hop on over!

Ah, yes, Danielle, roses are great for any day, and yours are stunning! I love how you've repeated them on the bottom and added that wonderful ribbon and rose bud next to your sentiment! Fabulous card! Hugs!

Oh wow Danielle! Your card is incredibly beautiful. I love your way of highlighting just the blooms from the image. Stunning shading and colouring.

It's like a gorgeous garden of beautiful blooms all along the bottom of your card, with one 3D flower popped off the center. So awesome!

Good heavens, Danielle! You made this look like a whole other stamp. Talk about versatility! Love how you matched up the colors with the pretty rose on the rich green ribbon. Gorgeous, gorgeous card!
