Get Ready for a Spring Fling!

Our first Power Poppy set, hot off the presses, may have you hearing the alluring tones of a French accordion and whispering Ooh La La. Springtime Love is in the air and this set embodies romance -- with passionate petals and love-laced sentiments. Illustrated by Marcella Hawley as she went in for the kiss, this beauty of a set measures 4" by 6".

So many beautiful blooms in this image!  My grape hyacinths are starting to peek from the ground and before long I will be enjoying beautiful stems of bleeding hearts!  I can hardly wait! My Forget-Me-Nots…they forgot me.
I began by die cutting two tags, one white card stock and one in purple.  I stamped this lovely cluster of blooms on the white tag and colored it with Copic Markers.  I shaded around the image with Prismacolor Pencils and oms and sponged the tag edges with Antique Linen Distress Ink.  After layering the tags I added this beautiful hand dyed seam binding and mounted the whole thing on a die cut Blossom Five
from Spellbinders.   The lace border was created with a punch.  All of the paper is from the DCWV Spring paper pack. Now that you've been swept away with that free-feeling Springtime Love, why not traipse around to take in some more? The Bloom Brigade has plenty to share!

Danielle this has a softness to it and very pretty. I like the way you used the tag to frame these petite flowers.

I love how you did this in somewhat muted colors and then furthur softened with your sponging. You have a very distinct style which I've always admired. Beautiful, Danielle!

Oh, sooo soft and pretty, Danielle! Love the pretty plum color palette! I'm sorry your Forget-Me-Nots forgot you, girl; but at least you have your Bleeding Hearts. LOL

I'm truly enjoying the design and layout of your site.
It's a very easy on the eyes which makes it much more enjoyable
for me to come here and visit more often. Did you hire out a designer to create
your theme? Great work!

Article Source: the reason many are getting the best
crib beds. A light background would call for darker lettering.

Without this practice, problems like sleeplessness can affect people.

Could this be more stunning? NOPE! You've presented Springtime Love in a way that's so exotic - yet so subtle and sweet! I want to hold this card in my hands and coo to it! (Hopefully the card wouldn't be freaked out at that odd statement) but it's just so very darling in all its plummy-purply-pinky goodness.
