After coloring the image with Copic markers I went back over it and shaded it with Prismacolor pencils and oms. I used the same to add shading around the image. I then painted over the image with Shimmerz Angel Wings so its nice and sparkly! I also added some self adhesive pearls like bubbles all around. I tied on a tiny starfish charm with some twine and put it on a piece of patterned paper from Cosmo Cricket Salt Air.

This is just so awesome hun! Such pretty colours on the delicate image, and the paper reminds me of the beach after the waves have been at it. Hugs Sxx
