I love this weeks Deconstructed Sketch #87 and of course I made another Valentine’s card. Stop me already! But, I needed one that wasn’t too cutesy for my husband…and one he hasn’t seen yet. He’s been home recuperating from surgery and he’s never been in my studio so many times, yikes! He gets bored and wanders around to see what I am doing. Mind you, he never gets curious when I am cleaning the kitchen or folding laundry…go figure.
So with the above sketch I pulled out my Flourishes stamp set Inside & Out You. I stamped the sentiment on Flourishes Classic White card stock with Memento Tuxedo Black ink. I used Spellbinders Classic Ovals and Scalloped Ovals for the panels.
All of the patterned paper is from the MME Indie In Bloom pad. I just hand cut the banners and added a black mat to make the main panel pop. I added a Heart Gem from Prima on the sentiment panel and the ribbon is May Arts Solid Iridescent Fuchsia Lavender.
Thanks for stopping by today!
