Any Which Way You Can

Anyone remember that movie?  Ah, love Clint Eastwood :)
September Sketch Challenge Graphic copy
It’s time for the Flourishes September release week challenge.  Please visit the Flourishes Blog for all of the details!
Since it’s apple season I knew I wanted to use the Apple of My Eye stamp set.
DPK_RWC_Sep2012_wm
I started by stamping the large apple image on Flourishes Classic White card stock with Memento Tuxedo Black ink and colored it with Copic Markers.   I had previously made red apples so I tried my hand at some yellow ones this time.  After coloring the blossoms I used a bit of Lemon Flower Soft on the centers.   I closely trimmed the image and popped it up over some patterned paper from DCWV Garden Party.   I added a simple button and twine embellishment instead of  a bow with a Spellbinders tag with the sentiment.
Here are the Copics I used:
Green Grass Collection
New Leaves Collection
Reds-Gr-1
Walnut Collection
HOW TO PLAY:  All you need to do is create a card using one of the sketch variations above and you'll be in the running! Please remember, entries must be in by September 14 at 5PM EST to be eligible. If you upload to Splitcoaststampers, please use the key word FLLCSEPT12 and, don’t forget to link up your creation on the Flourishes Blog using the Inlinkz link widget below. Use Flourishes stamps if you have them — Flourishes entries will be counted twice! But, if you don’t have Flourishes, play along anyway, you could WIN some!
Now see the creations from the rest of the team!
