Wednesday’s Color Throwdown

swatch 145

Happy Wednesday!  Laura is our hostess this week and she’s got some lovely cool spring colors for us!

I pulled out my long neglected Honey Bees set from PTI and stamped up a big ol’ bee, some grass, and some very faint flowers.

My Urban Prairie paper from Basic Grey was perfect for the colors and theme I chose.  I love the paper with the tiny bees on it.  After stamping I glittered up the wings with Diamond Glaze and ultra fine glitter and some tiny gems for flower centers.  I also used a blue flower stick pin from the Chloe’s Closet line by Making Memories tied with a few pieces of bakers twine and stuck in the bow.

Our design team has lots of inspiration for you so make sure you visit each blog for deets on their projects.   And don’t forget to head over to the Color Throwdown to join in this weeks challenge!

Keep cool today!!!
