Today’s Flourishes challenge:
Use shades of pink in your creation to be entered into this challenge. The winner of this challenge takes home the entire June release! All three gorgeous new sets!
I chose the pillow and crown image from the Make A Wish set for this challenge and stamped it on Flourishes Classic White card stock and colored it with Copics. I stamped it a second time and just colored the tassels, which I cut out and popped up on top of the colored image. My papers are all from the Fairest of Them All line by Imaginisce. Just perfect for this set! I used my Ribbon Slide Tags from Spellbinders for the sentiment and pulled through some sheer bright pink ribbon I picked up in Michaels. I used some Prima roses in two shades of pink and a crown charm I purchased quite some time ago, when I was on a charm binge. I bought lots of charms then didn’t know what to do with them! But slowly I have been using them and I really love the bit of surprise and extra dimension they bring to my cards.
Here you can see the sparkle from the glitter and Viva Décor Pearl Pen, Ice White, I used on the crown, and some dimension on the tassels.
