One for every month

Today Flourishes is sharing with you a new calendar that you can download for free…yes free! There is a tutorial here to show you how to download and print the calendar.

I combined one month with the new Butterflies & Blossoms set.

DPK_SneakPeek_calendar

I was planning on making a card, but after I got this far I decided to just let it stand as a calendar page…and when I decide to use it I can alter as necessary. I printed and cut out the May calendar and I stamped the butterfly on top of the month. Then I stamped it again on Flourishes Classic White card stock and colored it with Copics and popped it up over the original. I did the same with the clematis but I didn’t pop up the flowers, they were colored and cut out and glued down flush to the original image. I used Flower Soft in Lemon in the centers. The patterned paper is from the Wisteria line by Basic Grey.

I love these calendars, and they’re free! So many things you can do with them! Check out what the rest of the team did!

Sigh... what a beautiful calendar page. It really gives the feel of a garden. Love how the stamping enhances the page rather than sits apart. Very nice, Danielle!
