I used the ornament wreath from a Wreath for all Seasons and colored it in various shades of blue  with Copics.  I cut out the wreath and the scalloped lace mat with Spellbinders dies.  The background panel is a piece of Coredinations cardstock embossed with a Cuttlebug swirls embossing folder then sanded to bring up the blue.  I layered white crocheted ribbon with some white silk ribbon under the image panel and added a few pearls.  The winter sentiment from the set was stamped on vellum and added with a piece of rustic twine.  I finished off the wreath and embossed panel with Icicle Stickles for lots of wintry sparkle!
