Flourishes Friday Focus Sketch

Woo hoo, it’s Friday! Today over at Flourishes we have a sketch challenge! And…

We have a very special Birthday to announce today-

Our very own Julie! Happy Birthday!!

Hope it’s awesome!

Now on to the sketch!

wacky sketch

I used this mitten image from Warm Winter Wishes and patterned paper from the Mitten Weather line by Cosmo Cricket.

DPK_FF_Nov19

I just love these non traditional Christmas colors…the purple and beige. I just gave each a little pop with a very narrow black mat. I stamped the snowflakes on the polka dot paper with purple chalk ink and added dots of glitter glue to make them sparkle. The mitten trim was fluffed with some white flock. A few rhinestones, a scrap of lace ribbon and a bow finish it off.

You can also find all the details on the Spellbinders Holiday Hoppin’ blog hop over on the Flourishes blog, so check it out!

Don’t forget to visit each of the DT ladies below and see the beautiful creations they have to share!
