Where I’ve Been

I was away for a long weekend this past weekend and was photographing waterfalls of the Finger Lakes region of New York.   I stayed in Ithaca where you almost trip over the waterfalls they are so plentiful!  It was truly stunning and awesome!

Both of these photo’s were taken in Watkins Glen.  This one below is the Rainbow Falls.  I got really wet taking pictures here as the water just drops off of the walls around you.

This beautiful little pool doesn’t have a name that I am aware of.  I just caught the beautiful green reflection in the water from all of the glowing leaves around the upper part of the glen.

I have hundreds of photo’s to go through but I wanted to share a few as soon as I could.  Make sure you check back tomorrow for more great new High Hopes images!
