Hello and welcome to High Hopes Challenge #79. I am your hostess this week and I want you to make a Father’s Day or masculine card.
I used Peg Leg Pete and On Guard Omberto. After stamping Peg Leg Pete I masked the image and then stamped Omberto to add him into the scene. They are both colored with Copics. I computer generated the statement for both inside and out. The patterned paper is from the Rusty Pickle.
Here’s a look inside. I couldn’t flip the card entirely back as the outside sentiment extends over the top. This will be for my husband from our two boys. I told my 4 year old, Sean, that Omberto was him (since his ears stick out bit, lol) but he informed me that he’s the Captain, ha!
Please head over to the High Hopes blog and play along with us this week! We love to see you cards and projects! You can find High Hopes stamps at the stores listed below! Enjoy the rest of your weekend!
