Good morning! I am hosting todays High Hopes challenge and I want you to use stars...star shapes, star dust, any thing star related.
I am using Falling Star, Moon, and smiling Star, Shoot for the Moon. Each of these images I stamped and colored with Copic markers. Then painted them with Shimmerz in Beezwax. The falling star has some Stickles in orange, red, and copper too on the tail. The background I created by first spritzing bleach on black card stock and once it was dry spraying it with Tattered Angels Glimmer Mist in Irridescent Gold. You can see the light reflecting off the smiling star from the Glimmer Mist. The card is really sparkly irl! I punched a small country star and added a button and ribbon for an embellishment.
Come visit us at the High Hopes blog and play along! There's always a prize awarded to a random player! Have a great Sunday!

REALLY COOL effect for the background with the bleach and Glimmer Mist! You are too stinkin' creative, girl!
The glimmer mist really adds to the card! These are such cute images and their color just pops off of the black background. Great card! Best, Curt
