High Hopes-hope you are excited as I am!
I colored up this adorable Zappin Zeke with Copics. The background is stamped twice, once on white with the landscape colored up, and once on navy card stock on which the colored landscape was layered. Before the layering I sprayed the navy with Tattered Angels Glimmer Mist. Then I bleached the stars to lighten them up so I could apply Shimmerz in Marigold. Each of the planets was colored on white and added to the navy sky as well as Zappin Zeke who is popped up on the front of the scene.
I was hoping I could capture the shimmer in a closeup but it was really hard to do with this image. The alien is also painted with Shimmerz in Green Olive over the Copics. These images are so much fun to color and there are endless scenes and themes you can create with them! Head on over to the

This is AWESOME! It reminds me of the Buzz Lightyear ride at Disneyland! Fabulous job with this scene!
This is really super cute, Danielle! It looks like so much fun creating this scene -- choosing the stamps, etc. Love how you cut out the landscape to make a night sky. Love it for little boy's cards. Fabulous!
