Color Throwdown #39

This weeks lovely colors were selected by Cathy.

First thing I thought was Bumble Bee...but I just couldn't resist using Anna's new set Simply Bloom from Whipper Snapper. These flowers are so much fun to color and cut out...the arrangements are endless...although this is a very similar design to one I did last week. I think it really looks completely different though in these primary colors.

The images were first stamped in black and embossed with clear ep then colored with my Copics. I cut them out and arranged them around the sentiment which was also embossed and cut out and matted using my long rectangle Nestabilities. I finished the flowers off with Stickles to make them sparkle. Sorry for the glare on the bottom right...but I was too lazy to take another picture, shame on me! The background is both flowers plus both large and small leaves stamped in various light shades of yellow and green Versa Magic inks. And believe it or not, I finally bought myself some SU paper packs and actually used Barely Banana and Real Red!
