This adorable image is from Whipper Snapper designs. I paper pieced the Chilly. The snowflake is a Martha Stewart punch and the center gem is from K& Company. I think the bg paper is from Lasting Impressions...but I've had it for year so I am not really sure. The image is colored with Copics and I used Marvy liquid applique on the snow and birdies hat. The snow on the image and underneath I added diamond dust to while the applique was still wet. It's very sparkly irl! The sentiment is from the North Pole Post by Anna Wight. I used her technique of making the sentiment into a banner and adhered it with a slight wave to it. I might be on a roll...
