Did I mention how much I love all the new Inkadinkadoo Halloween and Fall clear sets? Oh the Christmas/Winter birds is awesome too!! I was playing with this one last night and I am sort of pleased with it. It looked better in my head...don't they always? But it works none the less. I have lots more images to keep working with though! This one I stamped with Brilliance Black Graphite and clear embossed. I wanted to use my Colorbox black pigment but it like disintegrated! I guess I hadn't used it in a while and it was really gross looking! I had to throw it away, but luckily I had the Brilliance I could use in it's place until I get a new black pigment pad. After I heat set I sponged all around the image, beginning with the lightest color first and blending well. Then I trimmed the image. I decided to do the same with the sentiment and matted with black. Then I stitched them together using a paper piercer and black embroidery floss. I added a Making Memories brad with a punched flower behind it which I glittered. Thank goodness for the Glitter Magnet-my hubby would have thought I was out dancing again, but I never bring home a tip.

Ink: Brilliance Graphite, Versa Magic and Colorbox cats eyes in various colors
Accessories: Martha Stewart punch, MM brad, floss, piercer, clear ep, glitter
