Power Poppy Day Two!

Today is another wonderful stamp set from Power Poppy!  Each one gets better than the last…I don’t know how Marcella keeps it up!  She is amazing!  This new set sports beautiful new sunflower images and a gorgeous grouping of Chinese Lantern and Bittersweet!

I have a rogue sunflower popping up in my side garden.  I’m not sure if it’s a seed from last years flowers (I didn’t plant any this year) or if it’s from a seed from the bird feeder…but it’s got a big bud on it and I am so excited to find out what kind it is!

I just love this image!  Chinese Lanterns are so delicate and lovely and the bittersweet vine has always been a favorite of mine.

I stamped the image with Memento Tuxedo Black ink and colored it with Copic Markers.  I then just used a Micron 01 pen and hand lined the rustic frame around the image.  I like all of the white space.  Very simple!  The orange patterned paper is from the Market pad by Crate Paper.

Oh the gorgeousness continues with these lovely Bloom Brigade ladies below!

  1. Beautiful, Danielle! I've never colored either of these before, so I'm kind of excited about it. Love all the white space and the very cool frame you made!

  2. Can you come over and hand doodle a bunch of those frames for me? I tried this once and it was an absolute failure! ;-) I love how clean, classy and artsy you've made this one sweet lady!
