This is Miss Polly Clown…ain’t she sweet?!
After printing the image I colored it with Copic markers. I shaded around the image using Prismacolor pencils and oms. After I trimmed the panel I sponged the edges with a VersaMagic Dew Drop in Spring Pansy. I painted over her hair and flowers in her hat with glitter paint for some pop and sparkle.
The patterned paper is from a 12 x12 Recollections paper pad called Monsters. I finished it off with a simple tied ribbon and a Prima flower that I also sparkled with some paint.
