I actually started this card or another High Hopes challenge which was to add piercing to your project. I was moving right along until I hit the base card and decided to pierce all around it. Well it was all crooked and just looked awful. I just tossed it aside and forgot about it. Tonight going through my stamped images that needed to be colored I came across this and wondered why I left it so long. So I pulled it out to work on it again and found that it worked for this weeks High Hopes challenge-lucky me! The cardstock and ribbon is from PTI but I can't remember who makes the patterned paper, oops. The image was stamped on Vintage Cream PTI cardstock and embossed and then colored with Copics. Oh and there were two photo corners when I started but by the time I got to assembly I could only find one. It's just all I could do to just get this finished and posted, now on to bed!
Oh, and Danny just lost American Idol and I am all teary! I really love all three guys and knew one of them had to go...sigh.

I think the American Idol judges were really shocked too. I think Danny sang You Are So Beautiful better than he has ever sang in the show....it was awesome. I think Danny is going to be successful regardless of not winning AI. I do have to say that I am rooting for Adam to take the title.
